4️⃣ Payment & No Refund Policy
We believe in full commitment—Hell Yes or Hell No. Our non-refundable fee structure reflects this principle:

  • 30% of the agreed fee due immediately upon booking.
  • 50% of the agreed fee due 31 to 60 days in advance.
  • 75% of the agreed fee due 7 to 30 days in advance.
  • 100% of the agreed fee due less than 7 days in advance.

This ensures both parties are fully invested in the coaching process.

Great coaching requires 200% responsibility. I commit to giving 100%—showing up fully, holding nothing back, and delivering a powerful, life-changing experience. In return, I expect you to give 100%—to show up, be honest, take action, and embrace failure as part of your growth.

Professionalism and respect guide our relationship. We avoid conflicts of interest and maintain healthy boundaries.
