I’m Florian Hornig – coach, adventurer, and entrepreneur.

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, career, and personal growth — as an international headhunter, a career consultant at ESCP Europe, and founder of Simplicity of Happiness.

What I saw early on: leaders hitting their goals but feeling lost inside.
The price of success was often stress, disconnection, or burnout.
And I knew — leadership doesn’t have to be that way.

So I took a different path.
Today, I help entrepreneurs and women in leadership redefine how they lead — with more clarity, more honesty, and more alignment.

My approach? Not theory. Not formulas.
