A moment of collapse. A shift toward clarity. A quiet invitation to reset.
Have you ever looked around at your life and thought,
“How did I end up here?”
From the outside, things look fine. Maybe even successful.
But inside… you’re tired.
You’re questioning everything.
You’ve lost your spark.
If that sounds familiar—this story is for you.
What No One Saw
About 18 months ago, I almost walked away from everything:
The business.
The brand.
The life I had built from scratch.
On paper, it looked like I was living the dream:
Freedom. Adventure. A thriving coaching practice.
A yacht in the Mediterranean.
A safari company and a lodge on Kilimanjaro.
But behind the scenes, I was unraveling.
I made bad decisions.
Lost money.
Felt constant pressure.
Got betrayed.
And I was afraid.
The harder I tried to fix it, the worse it got.
Every “yes” felt like a quiet “no” to myself.
And trying harder at what wasn’t working in the first place?
That would not get me anywhere.
So I Let Go
I did something that didn’t make sense on paper.
I stopped.
I pulled the plug.
I said no to anything that wasn’t a hell yes.
I stepped away from the Tanzania company.
Let go of the lodge.
Wrote off unpaid debts.
Stopped paying lawyers and staff.
Ordered the company’s closure—and walked away.
I accepted I might never go back.
I paused all new coaching offers.
Stopped investing in the business.
And started investing in me.
What I Found
I returned to daily meditation.
Got back on my bike.
Went sailing in Mexico.
Tended to the parts of me that were quietly falling apart.
And in that space, I rediscovered:
Love.
Connection.
Joy.
And that created:
Clarity.
Energy.
Motivation.
Not from another hack or hustle.
But from listening. Deeply. Honestly.
This Is the Work
So much of the world tells us to push harder.
But sometimes the most powerful move is to pause.
To realign.
To come home to yourself—before burnout hits.
That’s the work I do.
Not from theory—but from lived experience.
I work with entrepreneurs and women in leadership who seem fine on the outside—
but feel the pressure mounting within.
They don’t need more strategy.
They need space.
Space to breathe.
To realign.
To remember who they are beneath the performance.
If That’s You…
I’d love to hold that space.
I offer one free coaching session each week.
No pitch. No pressure. Just one grounded, honest conversation—with someone who’s walked that path.

Wherever you are right now, remember this:
You’re not alone.
A setback isn’t failure—it’s feedback.
And clarity? It’s just one brave step away.
