These Terms & Conditions outline how you may use our website, products, and coaching services.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and coaching clients of simplicity-of-happiness.com, as well as participants in any workshops, online programs, or individual coaching sessions provided by flohjoe OÜ.

By using our website or working with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Coaching Services and Responsibility

Our coaching services are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and professional development.
They are not therapy, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching conversations, programs, or materials.

We make no guarantees of specific results and cannot be held liable for any actions taken based on coaching sessions or content.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal and coaching-related information you share with us is treated as strictly confidential.
We will never disclose your data or session content without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

We handle all data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
Session notes, recordings, and other materials are stored securely and accessible only to your coach.

You may request deletion or access to your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

4. Booking, Payment, and Commitment

All coaching sessions, retreats, and programs must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Coaching with Simplicity of Happiness is based on full commitment — Hell Yes or Hell No.
Once you decide to move forward, you commit both energetically and financially.

Fees are therefore non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled by mutual agreement when possible.

The following payment structure applies:

30% of the agreed fee due immediately upon booking

50% of the agreed fee due 31–60 days in advance

75% of the agreed fee due 7–30 days in advance

100% of the agreed fee due less than 7 days in advance

This structure ensures that both client and coach are fully invested in the process from the beginning.

If the coach needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, communication will happen promptly and a suitable alternative time will be offered.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials shared through this website, emails, or coaching programs — including text, graphics, recordings, and tools — remain the intellectual property of flohjoe OÜ.

You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Copying, redistributing, or reselling content without written permission is not permitted.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website responsibly and not engage in any activity that may damage or interfere with its operation or compromise its security.

Links to external websites are provided for your convenience.
We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, flohjoe OÜ is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our website, coaching programs, or materials.

You acknowledge that coaching outcomes depend on your personal commitment, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

Respect for Boundaries – We maintain healthy, professional boundaries and avoid conflicts of interest.

Quality Over Quantity – We prioritize simplicity, focus, and depth in every session.

Continuous Growth – We engage in lifelong learning to refine our craft and better serve you.

Truthful Communication – We promise honest, realistic guidance — never exaggerated claims or false promises.

Client Autonomy – You are always free to choose your path and to end the coaching relationship at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
